In the practice of martial arts you learn two fundamental things:
fight with your own means, and take care of yourself.
Every training includes techniques of stretching, muscle strengthening and joint strengthening with proper breathing; the cardiovascular work done at different levels of intensity helps to maintain an efficient heart, an agile body, and a vigilant mind.
Through the constant training of the three pillars of martial arts:
strength, courage, and conviction are stimulated spirit, body, and mind.
A moment of reflection deserves the practice of Karate and Nanbudo, in the over 40: it allows to improve motor reactivity, to increase stress tolerance, to achieve functional longevity, because yes, aging is inevitable, but we can do it while maintaining a good level of health, vitality, and mental clarity.
