The most passionate, if they wish, can engage in competition, which, although practiced at a very high level in our school, is not considered an end in itself, but only as a part of the training path.
Many fears are linked to the awareness of one's limits, practicing competition means understanding the sense of defense and attack.
Facing opponents with strength, courage, and conviction means filling the heart and mind with certainty and security in one's means.
Competition in martial arts is always understood as respect for
the opponent, balance in reactions, and self-critical ability; but above all, it enhances the fighting spirit that helps to understand the Way and the spiritual alchemy necessary to achieve the goals that each one sets in life.
